David Morris, MD, has worked with many Bay Area startups, including a spin-off from the lab of Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry faculty member Jim Wells, PhD.
Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry faculty members Brian Shoichet, PhD, and Jason Sello, PhD, combine collaboration, curiosity, and innovation to discover molecules that can become anesthetics administered without specialized training.
As communications director, I am responsible for leading communications and marketing strategies to advance the school’s mission and strategic goals, and to elevate its visibility and brand. I lead a team of talented communications professionals in producing engaging, informative content for internal and external audiences, and in managing the school’s public presence across multiple platforms.
I also represent the school on campus committees focusing on communications and collaborate with campus colleagues on communications and media relations.
