As student affairs administrative assistant in the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), I support the student affairs team with a variety of tasks such as email triage, reimbursement processing, data entry and other projects related to office operations and student affairs. I disseminate student communications; maintain office records; assist with the preparation for major PharmD events such as Commencement, White Coat Ceremony, and Orientation; and support the functioning of the Bob Day Student Center on the 9th floor of the Medical Sciences Building at Parnassus Heights.
