As the IPPE Program Director, I oversee the Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience (IPPE) program for first and second-year pharmacy students. My responsibilities include continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities for growth in experiential sites, and fostering relationships with institutional and community pharmacy professionals and staff to enhance the IPPE program. Additionally, I work closely with the experiential education team to ensure that all IPPE activities are properly documented to meet accreditation requirements.
