Byers Award recipient Michael Fischbach, PhD, will discuss his research in a seminar titled “Drugs from Bugs: The Medicine Factory In Your Gut.” The talk will be followed by a community reception featuring interactive research exhibits on the microbiome. Fischbach is an associate professor in the School of Pharmacy’s Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences.
